Mixed Media Pocket Letter

I have been kind of intrigued by pocket letters for a little while, so when I saw Yasmina make one on TCW blog I couldn't resist.

There is also a one layer challenge going on at SDC ( SDC272 - Single Layer):
This week's challenge is "Single Layer", only one layer on your projects. This may be tough for some but we believe you can do anything!!
So I made my cards single layer... except once they were in the pockets I added a quote and some sequins on top... hmmm... maybe that doesn't count then. 🤔 The stamp I used is by Kate Crane and it's a favorite of mine.

Anyhow, now I'm having fun filling the back side with tea and goodies for a friend in need of some happy mail.

Have you tried pocket letters?

EVERYTHING about this speaks to me, but especially the sentiment. Since it's now been sent away, I'm so glad you took a photograph first! I may need to print that one out to keep near my altar. 💜

Thank you so much for filling my heart, my soul, and my day with sunshine and your spirit, Nicole. You completely boosted my spirits. I am completely overwhelmed. You know everything I've been going through...and just to be thought of? I am so touched.
